Bizhub 754e Service call 2557

I am getting an error 2557 in Bizhub c754, black toner is not going in the development unit,but hopper is full of toner, while running manual toner add option in service mode ,all 4 colours hopper motors are not working,what could be the problem?

You have to check the gear play of the transfer belt cleaning unit, Also check the double gear that goes next to the M38 motor

It's 2557 buddy!!!!!
Check toner shutter, under side of hopper, if its opening. Sometime the DV tank shutter breaks and could not slide back toner shutter and there may be toner over fed in hopper just tap toner shutter side to loosen the toner.

DV shutter is okay.while running manual toner feed in service mode, hopper motor is not rotating.
