Bizhub Press C1100 duplex problem

Hello.
I have a weird problem with my C1100 printer. Printer have 2.5M clicks
It stuck paper in duplex printing on heavy paper with error 9302, looks like it catch the paper from the fuser, drive it normally to an ADU reversal pocket and stopped with error when start to drive it back.
Error happens only on large and heavy paper like A3-300gsm, on medium density paper like 150 gsm error sometime happens sometime working fine, on A4 paper working fine with any weight.
I replaced all rollers and motors (!), I checked and cleaned all sensors and error still here, yesterday I replaced ADU unit in full (p/n A5AWR71T11) , but error is still here.
I have no ideas what happened and what possible to replace/repair, I will be very appreciated for ANY suggestions

A4 works fine in any weight, but is that also in every tray? Have you looked at the fuser unit? I would also check your feed tires and conveyance rollers in the paper feed.

Hello my friend...you need to check few things in that.. 1st check the paper setting...go with proper settings and if wrong paper weight and worng fusing temperature set then it would be jam in duplex..also check if any paper part remains in duplex unit..
