b367 toner replenish error and ptints and copys are completely black

How would a bad transfer roll make black prints?

Check your developing unit and TCR level. Probably it's reading too low and dispensing extra toner isn't helping, thus it thinks it needs more toner.

I have a b367 that's prints and copies all back ,i cleaned the transfer roller and it was printing fine then i left site and the client called to say that the black prints are back ,i went back to site cleaned the transfer roller again but this time the black prints didn't go away
