    also I forgot to mention that I did run a machine management report today. to maybe see if anyone could help me decypher what might be wrong as looking at it from a report standpoint.. thanks all

      What SAR said. If the ITB cleaner unit backed up, the. toner gets carried throughout the machine, and falls onto the printhead. When you removed the yellow drum, the toner around it was dragged across the printhead filter, so you then lost a big enough portion of the image to trigger codes. Same thing happened with magenta. Vacuum out the filter areas, follow up with the cleaning wand, to restore the lasers ability to reach the photoconductors.

        I've had printheads that were so dirty I ended up having to pull them out to fully clean them. It's really not hard to do and shouldn't take very long.

          sorry its been hell week thought I would update this.. yall were correct. the slit glass between the drum etc was covered in yellow toner.. today was the fix
          the copy quality came back amazingly and the oil can came off on the screen in t ech mode thanks to you all
