    This may sound weird but this worked for me. First disable the reports then create the scan shortcut. Should work, Even if you disable the reports after making the scan shortcut the report still comes out. Had an IT person at a school have the same issue, thought he was going crazy. Good luck

    B3622 printing TX reports

    I have installed a few B3622 printers but i can work out why it prints a TX report for FTP scan.

    As far as I can tell in settings it should only print if it fails but it prints every time regardless of result.

    even turning off the report didnt help.

    its wasting heaps of paper as they scan all day

    any ideas
