Duplex printing with BH-C-284e

Guys, customer wants to print with Word2019 on his own letter head paper with a logo on one side. If he put in his BH-C-284e the stack of paper “with logo face up” the machine prints fine when doing one-sided prints. 1st page is on the logo side, logically.

However, when he wants duplex printing, somehow the first page comes on the back side of the paper - not on the front side with the logo as it should be. The 2nd page comes wrongly on the front side of the paper having the logo.

A solution would be to put the letter head paper with its logo on the manual feed tray, but the customer doesn't want that.

I tried several adjustments within Word and the driver, but the problem remains. What am I doing wrong?

Set paper tray to "Letterhead" Media Type. Load tray with Letterhead paper FACE DOWN. Select "Letterhead" media type in driver, leave PaperTray as AUTO. Now it will print correctly regardless if it is Duplex or Simplex.

The Letterhead media type is key for this as it adjusts the duplex behaviour.

Try also the flip on short edge or switch the cassette paper to LTR-R
