I know there's been discussions on here about this code, but I went through one of these same codes about 6 months ago with this model, and ended up having to replace the machine... I'm going to try one new drum unit, then might have to call it quits. On the first model, I replaced the HVT and the Logic Boards, to no avail. On this one, I'm going to take the units out and shake them around, but if that doesn't work, not sure what else to do. I'll also upgrade the FW and try that as well, but little hope.Thanks guys.
