C-450i Black/Color drum swap?

I posted something about this before, but I cannot seem to find a way to get the black drum to fit the cavity on the color slots. I shaved off some of the plastic to get it to fit, but i must be missing something. Does anyone have a breakdown that shows how to get the black unit to fit the colors? Other than swapping the chip, of course.

I think I have already answered you in the previous post that the black drum you have to use is the one for the C250i.

Of course you have to change the chip.
