4070i user authentication new registation tab missing

    4070i user authentication new registation tab missing

    Evening all

    Wierd problem.
    We have a client who have a few 4750i's.
    Today one of them when trying to add a new user (id snd print/user authentication) via the web browser the "new registration" tab is missing.
    Got the client too reboot the machine but no luck.
    Machine has E9 f/w.
    Wasnt able to see what could be causeing the tab to be missing and was limited for time trying to resolve the problem via teamviewer.

    Anyone seen this before?

      Does the function version(SW 25) match FW level? Plus bizhub 4070i Maybe 4050i...E9 isn't latest and greatest now
