I will give them a call early to see how this issue came to be.
I am looking to get the service manual tomorrow morning before I head over there but.
So far it looks like a hard drive issue?
Error Codes > Konica-Minolta > bizhub C558 > Code CD010
I was looking at a different thread as well
But I don't think it is possible to get into service mode if we are stuck on the error screen?
