Hi guys,
Currently having an issue with a Konica Minolta C3070L, when we try to print A3 100GSM the finisher gets a 72-22 jam and the back end of the paper is rippled. We have ran the same type of paper but A4 and works fine, we have also tried 150GSM A3 paper and works absolutely fine.
The issue paper is a fresh ream and not damp. I believe there are some tray settings that we can try by changing in the expert adjustment but not sure exactly what settings to change,
Any helps would be appreciated!
