HDD crashed, device is managed by equitrac. Replaced the faulty HDD and OACB and we cannot get the user authentication selection via PSWC or LCD (greyed out) to be anything but "Middle Server". New SSL cert created, tried a new IP, tried OPEN API tool, re writing F/W..Trying to unmanage with EQ gives a general connection error. trying to re push EQ give us the same "not respoding message. If we disconnect the new HDD, authentication is removed and we can print, but we are unable to get it back on EQ..Any ideas? E

dunno if this helps but on the current 4s and 8s if the hdd is replaced papercut has to be reinstalled from the server end all over again.
is there something in the equitrac system or program that has to "bless" the machine again?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...
