I have a Magicolor 5550 that does not recognize the additional paper tray that is installed on it. It has the bypass (which I think is tray one and the first paper cassette is tray two) There is an additional 500 sheet tray set for legal and the machine does not recognize it. I cannot see it in the paper menu form the operation panel nor the web interface. Anyone ever seen this one? Thanks in advance for any help.
