C3070 Fusing Unit conversion.

Good evening !
Does anyone know how to convert a normal Fusing unit to an Envelope Fusing unit ?
For Konica Minolta C3070 or C4065 machine .
All related parts are changed and I get a C3104 malfunction code .

Hello,

Done the opposite on a C1060/1070, converted an envelope fuser to a "normal". All you need to do is to replace the wiring on the blue connector, part no. A9VEN10601.

In your case, you need to find the equivalent part no of the wiring specifically for the envelope fuser.

Althought the fusers are mechanically the same, the envelope fuser uses a different lower pressure roller and fuser belt. The prints are very matt, can't get a gloss finish.

As far as i know, the C3070 and C4065 can print envelopes using the standar fuser. Correct me if i'm wrong.
