    Test Pattern Failure

    C258 just had X4 firmware upgrade, performed grad adj and get "test pattern failure", however it works if using A4 size, cleaned glass and optics. Any ideas?

      Are you saying that A3 does not work or US sizes do not work.

          I don't think so. He said it works with A4.
          OP if you can run gradations with A4 and values are within acceptable range what's your problem exactly? Do you have P21 warning?

              Test 1: Check correct position of A3 paper on tray.
              Test 2: Replace A4 paper with A3 in working tray.
