Bizhub 500
Any idea what the empty card slot on top right on main pwb. I cant print to it. I can scan from it though. I have another 500 but main pwb doesn't have that card slot. Everything else is the same. It also has an HDD, which was in and hdd chck showed it but in srvc mode in options it was unset. So I unset it & removed it. Not much difference. Any help would be helpfull. Thanks.

Out of the box it scans, doesn't print
You need the IC-204 in order to print. remove the back plastic panel then where the main board sits theres a small just larger then a deck of cards piece of metal that removes with a few screws. If you are familiar with the machine, this is where the hard drive mounts. Remove that panel, sitting right there on the board is where the IP-204 and SC-502 go, ones for printing, the other data encryption.
