I've got a FS539SD on a C360i that when it tries to process multiple sets through tray# 2 the tray clunks as it tries to move down after a print job is sent. It's like something is locked up. The booklet portion works fine it only happens when trying to send sets to tray#2. I've set the jobs to go to tray# 1 as a workaround until I get some time to tear into it. Just seeing if anyone else has possibly had this issue.

Take the covers off and look closely at the metal tray guide pieces with the white rollers. Usually the crack delivery team over tightens the straps and the guides end up bending or twisting.
