C500 sc30-01 codes

this one is killing me, replaced hv board, all power blocks and wires, 2nd transfer roller did 200k pm kit, it still throws sc30-01 every now and then. I had customer run 500 duplex full color before I left and it threw code again. any thoughts out there? let me know

Hi there,

I've had a similar issue on a C6500. The 2nd Transfer roller had fallen loose off the bearings because the end clips were not properly put on correctly after a PM. I endeded up replacing HV2 and it fixed the issue.

Things to check would be:

Make sure the 2nd transfer rollers poles are correct and making contact.

Seperating and Neutralizing Ass is conected and making contact to inside the machine.

thanks, turned out to be a power issue with the customers power, we swapped the machine and new machine did almost the same thing, had an power inspected and it failed. thanks for the help, I'll keep my eyes on the issues you sujested.
