    Ineo+ 257i Brains Rom info and Adjust Value

    Hello dears,

    I have an ineo+ 257i that throws c2650, I found out that i need to use the brains tool to restore the factory data into the machine, I have the tool but I don't have the factory data. Where can i get it, or if someone does have it can he share it with me?

          Do you mean a tar file? Reset tool? If so default factory data is on the copier already.

              No, Someone played with the machine and it is now throwing C2650, I need to restore the factory data to the ERB board, to do this i need the brains tool, which i did get, but i need the factory data, this factory data is obtained from SNOW. here is the documentation :

                  Try updating the firmware before doing any of that... GG3-RE

                  Don't forget to set software switch 25 to HEX 40 after updating the firmware.
