    Made the changes on the customer site and they are happy. I get what you are saying re Ricoh quality but i had tested on a newer ricoh and there was a big difference even with this machine and the Konica/Develop (Basically Ricoh text was way sharper) . Anyway customer is happy with the change so hopefully that will continue . Thanks again.

        That's bulshits no way they can be any different on text in even conditions.

          Well I'm happy to say there is and was a difference. When we tested we could see the difference and when we made changes on customer site, they were happy after seeing first print.
