Konica Minolta BizHub C3350: Unable to Changed Administrator Password (Locked Out)

Followed this procedure :

Reset Administrator Settings Password:

1. Touch counter then press Stop > 00 > Stop > 01
2. Enter CE password 92729272
3. Touch keypad then press Stop > 222 > 00 (Security Service Mode)
4. Touch Administrator Password
5. Enter the default Admin password 12345678
6. Confirm Admin password

Fixed it by following:

1. [MENU
2. [COUNTER]
3. [KEYPAD]
4. Stop => 0 => 9 => 3 => 1 =>7
a) Do nothing else at this time.
5. Leave the machine alone for 5 minutes or more. 6. After 5 minutes, the access lock will be released. *It is not necessary to turn the Power Switch OFF/ON.*
