C750i bypass & 300g paper

C750i & 300g paper does not work at all. New machine. Other papers will work.
Tested same paper old C258 & C558 works fine.
Any ideas??

what do you mean? no feed? fuser issues?

Ah OK, I recall that you can swap the feed roller rubber with a different one from a production machine to increase the "grip level" - onother hint I got is using the sep roller stuff from older series. I can try and figure out wich customer it was, perhaps I'll find some parts infos.

Edit: 4034015101 (sep roller) / Feed roller mod is not necessary according to my guys
