Jam code J-3101 on AccurioPress C14000

    Jam code J-3101 on AccurioPress C14000

    Good day,
    Anyone encountered this jam code on the Press C14000. Paper stops at the 2nd transfer unit, and machine will display the jam code.
    I/O check mode of the 2nd transfer motor is okay, 1st transfer motor I/O also okay.
    We have replaced the PS085 already (paper lead edge sensor) but still the same issue.
    Any recommendations? Machine is 9 months in field, with almost 2.1M in copies.
    Appreciate any thoughts

      any change with face up, face down? happen on 1st sheet out, or only in the middle of a run? Try to isolate. Also any change with different stocks? 12x18 vs 8.5x11?

          Good day. Face up or face down - the same problem.. we can output 1 sheet without jam, but when 2 or more - the jam appears already
