Customer called me today, that his BH-C-280 is not recognizing Toner Cartridge K anymore.
Machine keeps asking to replace or insert the toner bottle.
Did not see the machine myself yet, it's a one and a half hour drive.
Provided that the toner cartridge itself has no mechanical issues, are there for me two suspects, Toner Cartridge Motor/CK (M7) and/or Toner Supply Motor/CK (M9)
I assume that the customer knows how to insert the bottle and has removed the tape from the shutter before inserting
Never had this with any of the many machines from these series in the past.
Will go there on Monday and see. Any additional ideas where to look for, please?
