Konica Minolta bizhub C360i Code: 32-01 (J32-01)

bizhub C360i is experiencing paper jam code: 32-01. Referencing ADU cleaned PS40 sensor and inspected ADU. Code still persists any recommendations appreciated.

Something easy to check would be #5 below. These are little pads that dampen the noise from the switch gate, sometimes they can get sticky and actually hold the switch gate open so the paper leaving the fuser never enters the reversal section, it only tries to exit straight out like a single sided copy. Just remove both of them, they might be hard to see because they're black in color.
