    report e-mail konica minolta

    Good evening everyone

since I have the reports from the konica minolta photocopiers sent by email I wanted to know if in the series both xx3, xx4, xx8 it was possible to have reports for example of low toner when it is at 10% not when it is completely finished and the copier is stopped.

Also the reason why when the toner is finished I get the email with the written toner empty and some incompressible symbols without knowing which toner is empty

    thank you

As far as I know there is no way to pick a percentage. The choice on our in office C554e for toner is just "replenish toner" and the exact same choice is on our in office C308.

Email notifications are WYSIWYG. You can't pick something from the list that's not there.

Not in KM world. When you see toner low on control panel you won't get email notification.
Let us know how to utilize "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" when toner low message appears on bizhub control panel. Thanks.
