Bizhub C308 unable to unset card 3

Hi guys, any idea how to unset the card 3 (refer to picture) in stop,9, authentication device 2 from service mode.
the machine will give out C-C180, in system 2, driver install, nothing is there, any idea what is the loadable driver for this Card 3 module.
the machine came without the card 3. if i swap another emmc which the driver is installed in system 2, driver installed, no error code appeared.
any help or suggestion is much appreciated.
