[Misc] C558 Manual tray skewed image

Hi everyone!

I have an annoying issue with manual tray at one of my machines. Copier has 170k copies.
While printing from other trays, no matter what paper type is used, image is spot on, but printouts from manual tray always come out crooked exacly 1,5 degree (adjusted in Corel Draw).
I've cleaned all the rollers and guides, tried to adjust right door and registration loop, I've even changed the pick up roller but achieved no positive effect. I dont know what to do next apart from taking regist rollers apart and cleaning everything.

Hi, can you adjust the skew just for that tray in the expert adjustment settings in admin mode? I know there are settings for tray alignment and printer area, etc but I can’t remember if there are ones for skew.

if there are and your bypass is out be the exact same measurement each print, that’s where I would start.

Also, the bypass tray is sprung loaded, which pushes the paper up to the pickup roller, is the tray being pushed up level? I know there was a change of bypass trays at some point in the machines life cycle, only I changed a complete bypass and the new one was quite different but I don’t have part numbers now I’m afraid.
