hello,Can I use toner konica minolta bizhub 352 to konica minolta c351.I want to say if it is the same. Because the customer bought toner forcf 900 and the copier began to have problems of quality copy.

Give a big congratulations from me and us in here to your costumer. Now i suggest that u charge him extra coz u will have to replace all IU's where he put non orginal toner and every toner tube that comes from toner to IU and u will have to dismantle whole back of copier to get to the tubes.
As for toner u can try and maybe fail. Its on u to try. Even tho i dont understand why to buy toner for c352 since its same price and capacity as for c351? -
just use genuine konicaminolta C351 toner for a C351, the C352 is a completly different machine. The one thing I fight for in my office is use model specific GENUINE toner for colour machines. You are just asking to spend more time and aggravation at this site, so unless it is a high class strip club with the machine by the bar, just make them by the right toner.

Isn't the 352 a laser based machine and the 351 a LED machine? Try to dig up the fuser specs and have a look at the temps, it should be a tell tale sign of a different flash point.Comment

Just to second the last couple of replies is, no you cannot use C351 on a C352 because the toner is completly different...Comment
