That diagonal pattern usually indicates developer drainage. Did you swap the dev unit first and without other parts - and was the problem gone for a while?
If that was the case you probably have to change it again - a faulty drum unit or hv can cause this problem over a period of time. -

Look at the back of machine and make sure air ducts on the rear frame (inside the Main Drive Unit) are not blocked.
