    Konica C454E PIV card

We have a C454E that has had the firmware updated. PIV printing used to work before the Domain Controllers were forced to use LDAP signing or LDAPs.A packet capture is showing KRB5KDC_ERR_ETYPE_NOSUPP.
The same config works on a C558 in a different location.Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Making some assumptions here..The MS 2016 2019 server update was installed and now CAC/PIV wont authenticate..

    ▪ bizhub 554e Series] [FW Ver. GN2-M1] PKI Card Invalid after MS KB5004238 Patch Installed.

The good news is you can use the old LDD and a driver update is not necessary. E

This is the firmware that was used A5C10Y0-F000-GHA-A9(00). We are having issues getting function 7 to apply. The current function level does not display on the control panel but going thru SM shows a hex value of 30.

FW A5C10Y0-F000-GDS-M1 is the C454e firmware needed when that MS patch is applied. It includes a step to bring it to function ver 7, but states. When updating the firmware from the MFP installed the earlier version than Gxx K8, please update to Gxx K8 first, then update to GDL M0/G DL M1 (include this firmware) or later version. I hope you did not omit the K8 step. E
