    Hi All,

    I'm having trouble with a cs220 (KM3102)
    When i first visited machine it had a code of C0410 (scan lamp on at unusual time) I reset code and it came up C0400 (scan lamp fails to come on ) however it comes on for 2 seconds,
    I replaced the pwb-c and updated the firmware and all was well,
    Two weeks later the same problem has re-turned in the same order,
    I have a scan assembly on order but since the lamp does come on for a few seconds am unsure of the course,I have checked the mirrors for correct alignment.

    Any advice would be helpfull

      This is a pure guess, but it sounds like it comes on as the machine checks itself, which would make me think that it is not getting told to come on and scan the document. PWB-A??
