    [Misc] Language bizhub C308

    Hello,

    I have a C308 and I want to change the language but I only see English in the settings:

    I performed clear all data
    upgraded the fw to version GCA-X4 msg97 and even tried an older fw (same problem)
    HDD is set to installed

    Never had this before for as far as I can remember, anyone any idea/advice?

      When firmware update screen appears in the right screen side can you see Language selection tab?
      Touch [Language Select].
      On the Language Select screen, select a language to be displayed on the LCD area of the control panel, then touch [Fix].
      NOTE
      ▪ The language selected on this screen is displayed on the "Language Selection" screen of Utility.
      ▪ Up to 9 languages are selectable. However, Japanese and English are essential options.

          Thanks for your reply, much apperciated!

          Yes I can see the language selection in the fw update screen, I tried the update with all languages selected and with just a few languages selected.

          If I have to make a guess I would say this is something that can be controlled by a soft sw setting?
