Unable to receive faxes. Transmitting ok. The fax board is sensing a a fax comming in I can hear the handshake but then I get a error message " job completed inproperly check the log. R25". Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

That is an ECM error there may be noise on the line, are they sharing the line with DSL? If so install a filter. Try turning off ECMOnline Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.
