Biz Hub Pro C500 Konica Minolta ( Middle Tray 2 not working)

I have observed in the control panel no selection in the middle tray.

Paper Size is indicating.

For the benefit of doubt I have interchanged Paper feeding unit of the middle tray to First tray and same as First tray to 2nd tray.
However the cassette lifting is absent in the middle tray.
But no error code indication.

What can we suspect.. Any one come across the same problem?....

The tray is probably isolated if it's grayed out and you can't use it. Go to 25 mode dipswitch 18 bit 1 (tray 2) and set it to 0.
