Konica C8000 error code C3104

hello guys having issues with a konica c8000 which has persistently jamming during a run of plain papers 80 gsm , and all of a sudden it declared a c3104 , now its stuck on , i have cleared all the jam but still no hope , left the machine to cool but still displays the code at start up,
Any help willl be much appreciated .

Thanks for the reply, just opened up the fuser and realised that the lower fusing belt had moved to the opposite side of the sensors
