Hi,

one bizhub 225i customer scan documents to PC and sometimes damaged image occurred, checked the connection and CIS lamp, guess it would cause by CIS unit or flat cable.

Any ides about this case?

they seldom get copy but never heard about this, mainly on scan approx 20% chance.

20% is pretty large, on 10 copies (one by one) it should happen. You should try if they don't.

1. Is there a direct sunlight to ccd maybe (on specific time of day)?
2. What were the results of auto erase adjustment during instalation? All 5 levels OK?

1. it is placed on a room without windows.
2. i can't find this function on bizhub 225i indeed, please notice me.
