    Bizhub C224e error D38E

    Hello,
after power on and long silent boot machine displays D38E (call service) and also displays button data recovery. After data recovery machine restarts the same way and displays the same message.
What is D38E ? There is no info about this error in service manual and on Internet.
    Thank you very much.

PS: the SSD was changed one or two years ago.

Can you still access service mode if you don't do the backup?
I would disable the HDD and try a SSD format reconnect HDD and format that.
The reset tool also comes to mind.
    Whatever

        Thank you.
The problem was resolved. Problem with the MFPB board due to pure condition of the backup battery (integrated).

Are you able to just swap the battery or do you have to replace the full board?
