Use file name as email subjet - scan

Hi,
I am new user of Bizhub C360 and i am wondering if it is possible to use scanned file name as title of email.

I have already configured SMTP server and scan-to-email program, but every time i change name i have to change subject.

Is it possible to automate it?

why not just scan to folder so subject is no longer even a issue?

The C360 scans docs as images. (all KMs scan like this) An image is not something you can work with to get a file name for appending the scanned name..You could add the LK "searchable" which OCRs the document and allows you to do a word search at the receiving end, but this OCR data is not able to be used by the device..This is where a 3rd party app becomes useful. Now you send a TIFF to this App and it allows you to configure how you want the file name pulled from the document, Zonal search, user input ect..E
