Hi,
I have a problem with my C6000l. So basically at start it was outputting error C-2811.
So I watched a YouTube video and tried to clean the sensor under the yellow drum but I couldn't find it.
After assembling every thing together, I still got the same error.
After replacing coronas and yellow drum unit I got new 2 error codes :
- C 2480
- C 2451 - Most frequent one
I tried to put some toner in toner supply but then my toner density got to 0.13.
Is there any procedure after replacing drum?
Did I do maybe anything wrong at replacing the drum unit ?
