When scanning 6 forms it comes up on the screen....the job has been deleted due to insufficient memory". It can do 4 forms but not 6 forms??? Any ideas

Check to see that the HDD is enabled.

Thanks for the reply i got the customer to check HDD capacity and they said it was full, but they dont store anything on it so i will get them to format it.

Hi All,

today one of my B421 give this message " job has been deleted due to insufficient memory",
when doing faxing. When doing scanning, only 1 page is OK, 2 or more pages, it will kick out
error message " job is not done properly".
this machine is not came with HDD.
when doing copying, no such problem.
