Hi , i have 1 unit C364e asking for password when i try to print out counter. also this machine asking for password when i press "utility" button and when i try access to "user setting". i know the password but it kind annoy me so i want to disable it.
i have manage to found the solution to disable the password when i press "utility" button it located at service mode inside Software Switch Setting number 200 the hex need change to 00. but to disable password setting when print counter and access user setting still cannot find how to disable the password.
by the way im not familiar with konica setting so i hope someone can teach me regarding this setting. thank you in advance.
