Minolta CF1501 code C0990?

Cannot find error code C0990. Anybody have a clue?

I can't find the manual but I think it's a paper drawer malfunction...

Checked drawers and cleaned contacts. Got rid of C0990.

Now I am looking at C0991. No clue on this one either. Any thoughts (other than a hammer)

Dan,

Take all of the pull paper trays out,reset the code then push them in one @ a time. This should tell you witch one is the problem...

Okay....I am a greenhorn as far as resetting the code goes, can you enlighten me?

Open all trays and open and close the front door.

Got it! Bottom tray is the problem. Now I just have to find the cause of this and solve it. I am up and running with the bottom tray out.
