BIZHUB 600 Finisher FS-507 Jams

I keep getting jams in the finisher relating to 72-28 and 72-16.
Any ideas, i have change finisher entry sensor and have done latest firmware but still intermitantly jamming.

Have a look at the wiring harness that connects the finisher to the machine. Sometimes the wires can become crimped or broken which can cause all sorts of issues with the finisher.

Was this after a PM? or did you replace the decurling roller? one way bearing may be on backwards,try face-up copies and see if it works,if it does replace the one way bearing or reverse it, good luck
