    Magicolor 7450

    I've got a KM Magicolor 7450 that I just put a new cyan toner cartridge in. As soon as I started printing I've now got banding on the cyan. I've attached a jpeg of the print out.

    The cmy IU's are at 74% and the black IU is at 56%

    Any help is appreciated

      Try removing the cyan cartridge and shaking it. If this happened after you replaced the cartridge, chances are good the cartridge is faulty.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          Yeah I did take it out and gave it a shake and put it back in but it still prints with the banding.
