Di7210 Scanning

I Have a Di7210 that is scanning just fine and printing just fine, but the customer wants it to print and scan at the same time. I have tried it at my office and it won't allow me to do it either. I have installed the latest firmware on the copier and print controller. I Don't Know if the custmers has a Hard Driver but the office one doesn't. If anyone can help on this I would appeciate it.

It does not work. Tell them to upgrade to a new color unit C550 or C552. These units will scan and print at the same time.

will the Bizhub 600 do it

The Bizhub 600 and the Bizhub 601 will do it too.
