Bizhub C250 Fax Question

Basically, we have about 35 users here in the office. 3-5 times a day they send a fax to the printer. It does not go out, and prints out the fax not sent report.

I would like this to generate an email back to the user. Some times we can go hours before someone checks the copier and sees the report that the fax did not go out.

Can this be done?

No. Sorry to be so blunt, but thats the way it is. You can increase the number of redials, that will offset the chance of busy being the reason it fails. But if the person enters the wrong number it just ties up the machine longer before it fails and prints the report. The 200,250,350 using the network fax utility will do what you want, but not any of the Color machines.
