C6100 Jamming in RU-518

Hello,
We have a Konica Minolta (C6100) connected to RU-518, but every time we try to print, the papers jam because of the RU-518. We're not sure why it is jamming but it stops RU7 and we have to manually remove the paper jams from each place that it's jammed. This only happens when we try to print with the 350GSM paper but regular paper prints fine without any issues. Does anyone have an idea of why the papers are jamming at RU7? Thank you!

Is this in Relay unit or main engine? Pictures with text are not clear, where do you get this from? Service manual? We didn't see this.

Did you do the following ?

2.2 Adjustment flow to use paper of a new brand, weight, or size 2
2.2 Adjustment flow to use paper of a new brand, weight, or size
2.2.1 Adjustment Timing
When you use paper of a new brand, weight, or size
2.2.2 Adjustment Order
- With scanner (Original Glass) mounted
