[Misc] Konica C754e Toner incorrect level

Hi everyone

I have a C754E under management that behaves strangely with the toner level.
When I insert a new toner, the level returns to 100% but after about a week the level gradually drops but faster than expected until you stop at 20%.
When the level stops 20%, the toner performs comuqnaue the 40,000 pages it has to do. Second thing from 20% to 0% The printer does not indicate any percentage between 20 and 0 but simply goes from 20% of toners remaining to 0 asking for the replacement of the toner.

Have you had any similar cases? what can I do?

Perhaps the filling amount of the toners are below specifications so the remaining toner calculation won't work - KM sold half filled toner for some models during the toner shortage period - not shure if this series was affected.

If the machine does also consume more waste toner bottles than usual other issues are more likely, like a faulty dev and/or drum unit.

The toner we gave to the customer was purchased before the problematic period. Fortunately, we made a big escort before that problem.
I have not detected any abnormal filling of the toner waste tray
