Konica Minolta C70HC - toner not sticking on one edge

    hello everyone !

we are using konica c70hc and the toner is not sticking properly on one side only. This issue is coming with dark colours - like black and dark blue only. Lighter colours are coming out fine.

    Specs:

Sheet - Magno Sappi 12x18 inches, Matte
    GSM: 285
    Tray: Bypass

In the fuser unit, we have recently replaced upper, lower rollers, belt, thermostat, pressure assembly but nothing worked

Please refer to the images uploaded. Any advice / help will be highly appreciated.
Stay safe and a great time ahead !

Did the rollers you changed come with the bearings and collars?

Pay attention to the useful life of the lamp. It can light with low power and not maintain the temperature.

Yes, the collars and heating lamps were changed as well. Can this be related to high humidity ? Machine is at 46% but paper might have retained some humidity because the usual relative humidity is 74%

Hi, if the lamps won't be able to maintain temperature, the machine will shown error code / or will come in Warming Up stage ?

          High humidity can cause this.
Toner is OEM or some replacement?
Did you try to increase fusing temperature?

Humidity is 35% and temperature is 25 deg.
Also, the collars were replaced as well. I have attached the images of fuser unit and tray setting.
